Description

Sandman™ H2501-01-30A 2501-37AH Wear Pad, 4x3x13 2500 Pump Casing with ductile hard iron works that’s an important end parts of 2500 Supreme Centrifugal Pumps.

The casings are offered with wear pads on every size, except the  3 x 2 x 13 inch centrifugal pump. The wear pads can be easily changed by ordering replacement wear pad repair kits, which come with a wear pad, studs, nuts, and a gasket.

FLUID END COMPONENTS
Forum offers the impellers, stuffing box covers, and wear pads on the centrifugal pump in hard iron, for increased wear life. On the 3 x 2 x 13 size for the 2-1/2 centrifugal pump, which does not have a wear pad, even the casing is cast out of hard iron. The same holds true for all fluid end wear components on the 1-7/8 and the 1-1/8 pumps.

Mission 2500 Supreme Centrifugal Pump has a semi-open impeller design that contains wide-tipped vanes and a more tangential circumference of the suction allowing the pump to create a smoother flow pattern when handling abrasive fluids. The 2500 Supreme is available in hard iron, supreme hard iron, and aluminum bronze fluid ends. The pumps can be unitized with electric motors, diesel engines, and hydraulic motors (horizontal, vertical, or close-coupled configuration).
